Addis Events is a premium event planning and decoration company. They needed an online presence that not only matched the high aesthetic quality of their physical events but also solved their logistical challenges around managing equipment rentals and initial client consultations.
The Challenge
Previously, gathering client requirements for events and managing rental inquiries involved tedious email chains and phone calls. Customers couldn't easily browse available rental inventory or outline their event vision without manual intervention from the Addis Events team.

We developed a custom website focused on aesthetics, user experience, and practical lead generation:
- Portfolio & Blogs — Designed a stunning showcase for their past event decorations, paired with a fully functional blog section where they share event planning tips and inspiration.
- Rental Quote Engine — We built a custom system allowing users to browse available rental items (furniture, decor, lighting), add them to a basket, and submit a comprehensive rental quote request directly to the Addis team.
- Interactive Event Consultation — Implemented an intuitive, multi-step consultation form. It collects comprehensive event details (date, guest count, theme, budget, and specific needs) upfront, drastically cutting down discovery time for the planning team.
